Wasn’t gonna do this but…I have got to share a new diet find of mine! I love love looooooove these Special K Chips!!! 30 chips…for 110 calories?! Don’t mind if I do!!!
The sea salt is my favorite thus far. My sister doesn’t quite like them. I must admit, they def don’t taste like chips. They are like a cross between a cracker and baked potato chips. They are quite big, about the size of a half dollar, maybe bigger. After snackin on 10, I was quite satisfied (not hungry) so I decided to space out my 30 for 10 every 1.5hrs or so.
Another yummy snack I like are the 90 calorie snack bars, the walmart brand.
First, for 10 bars, it’s just $2 or you can get the bigger one with I think 18 bars for just under $3! Sooo cheap and they are sooo tasty!! I like the balance of chocolate and crunchy bar. I eat 2 of these a day; one for breakfast and then one for a snack either before or after dinner.
For drinks, I have to admit, I skimp on the actual water. I drink gatorade (they are on bogo at Publix). I do, however, drink my water sparkling!
This brand is 10 for $10 at Publix right now so I bought a few. I love these! They are zero calorie and no caffeine! My favorite is the raspberry and the orange one but I am loving loving the lemon lime one!
I need to start exercising more cause I’m not really losing any weight. Since I am so heavy, I am going to try and lose 50lbs in a month. I am going to try and drop at least 15 by August 25 (an event I’m hosting). I just hope my hair continues to grow. I have been struggling with my hair and looks lately. My sister actually had slapped me upside the head today. I am the ugliest person I know. That post will probably be on Sunday so look forward to it! I just hope I’m not the only one struggling with themselves at the moment.
